After I created my new year resolutions, I decided to move on really quickly. Somehow I always ended up postponing my resolutions. So I’ve started pilates right away. And decided to return my daily gym routines as well.
I haven’t done any work out for so long. Because I am unfortunately not that kind of girl who goes to her gym no matter what. Since we are travelling since last June. I haven’t stayed in any place for more than 2 months. But I decided to stop my whining about being stable in a place to have a gym routine. I start to take an action by going to pilates classes in Miami and doing my own work out at home.

I generally don’t work out heavy but sometimes I have back pain and joint pain in my ankle.
