After I’ve finished with my intense fat loss diet, I needed a healthy quick protein breakfast and lunch solutions for my daily eating routines. When I made a little search for quick protein breakfast solutions, I came across with frozen cakes, pancakes mostly.
What I was looking for is something with protein, grain and maybe some greens. Lucikly Healthy Choice send me this great two bowls me to try. I received White Bean & Feta Salad and Unwrapped Burrito Scramble. These two bowls are exactly what I was looking for.
Because, White Bean & Feta Salad is included grains like brown red rice, red quinoa and black barley but It has also Feta which I love as a Turkish person. (We love our feta in our traditional Turkish breakfast). And Unwrapped Burrito Scramble has proteins like turkey sausage and egg whites and vegetables. Yum! Don’t forget to fact that I never eat scrambled eggs for breakfast. And this morning bowl is really really delicious.
I love both bowls because of the fact that they are both delicious but at the same time morning bowls deliver not only 10-15 grams of protein but also 3-5 grams of fiber while vegetarian and vegan have 10-16 grams of protein and 7-16 grams of fiber.
There is no way that the breakfast I am gonna prepared is gonna be this thoughtful while try to stay alive between Umay & Aybike’s toy battles. They started to fight a lot for toys these couple days. And I often ended up burning my breakfast while I am trying to separate them.
So I found my perfect solution with Healthy Choice. I prepare their food and feed them and then I quickly defrost my nutritious food first thing in the morning.
My Quick Filling Lunch
Yet, lunch time is no different for us. I always needed to prepare something very quick and luckily something nutritious. This White Bean & Feta Salad is dream come true for me.
I always love my salad with some grains. The black barley and red-brown rice make a huge difference for me because I feel so full when I eat this vegetarian salad bowl. I love to add some tomato because of tomato and feta always good together and adding some avocado for extra rich texture.
