Union Square Organic Market

Since my husband moved his office to Union Square , we become master of this neighborhood. If you work or live in a certain area in New York you learn so many new places and so many things to do in that certain place.

We discover so many nice places in Greenwich Village, Union Square, East Village, Washington Sq Park and NYU campus area because of this new office place. You can also check my coffee shops list from this area.

Clearly one of my favorite places in this neighborhood is Union Square Farmer’s Market. (Some says Organic market, too.) Especially I love this market during summer. They have organic fresh strawberries which are my favorite fruits, have incredibly tempting smell :). I also enjoy having those fresh apple juices. Yummy.

You can also find local farmer’s meat, some oils, lavender, dried fruits or flowers, apples, some dairy products etc. Shouldn’t forget about independent artist who sell paintings or punch of different things. There is this pigeon lady. she actually creates New York scene with pigeons and some rats. ( They are made of fabrics)

This time I was looking for a nice tiny cactus for my work place. (Check my favorite office design post.) Many people believe that cactus can prevent radiation from computer. Even though I know It isn’t scientifically true, I still choose to believe in that. I don’t know why but I do believe that when you believe something that thing can really happen.

Anyway this is the look while I was in organic market. It was a perfect day for a skirt. Lately It is really hard to find this kind of sunny days. I enjoyed the sun. Hopefully you enjoy my look 🙂
