Watch The Runway
When I look at Gucci 2020 Spring-Summer collection, I have seen a heavily 70s glamour inspiration with a wave to 60s flower child colour scheme.
I can’t really see a tremendous amount of newness and innovation but Alessandro definitely creates a Gucci gang who has an attitude of Brooklyn hipster people.
Even though the designer himself declared “I’m afraid of getting bored” at the conference later the show, I indeed get bored with his one-dimensional approach to gender simpleness and sameness.
The most impressive thing for me was the last 20 looks are creating awareness to mental illness. I love when the designer powerful as Alessandro Michelle raise their voice and point out the most unspoken things.
I am hoping to see more creativity in the designs rather than the story with the runway people.
I am so psyched to see what Bottega Veneta offer this year.
