When I first heard about Mon Purse, I thought they were doing 3D printing. And I was like woohoo… How are they gonna do a leather bag with 3D printing? Soon enough I understand that I misunderstand the concept.
Mon Purse is a fashion tech company that provides you with a way of creating your own purse, bag, wallet, or any other small leather accessories. All you have to ido s have some fun during the process of creating your own design of the bag.
I love how they find a way to create using technology to build the finest leather bags. Their bags are made in either Turkey (one of the best quality leathers coming from Turkey btw) or Italy. I was so excited to see Turkish leathers because I personally know Turkey has the finest leathers and craftsmanship when It comes to leather goods. ( for those who have no idea I briefly worked for a designer who has an exotic leather bag line.)
I love the design of The Trapeze so much I couldn’t resist something classic. Really wanna go crazy with my design but I didn’t have any classic red bag so I decided to go with a classic red bag. Otherwise, options are countless. (see my styling post with Mon Purse Trapeze)
You can change the lining color, handles, zippers, monogram or no monogram, grainy leather, or smooth. It’s all about how you are gonna decide to design your own bag.
