We are having an incredibly rich season in terms of all the new trends. One of those trends is pearls. Especially freshwater pearls. Their colours and shapes are various as the real ones. But wait a minute. What is the freshwater pearl? Cultured freshwater pearls are pearls that are farmed and created using freshwater mussels.*

We all know pearls are everywhere this season. Hair clips, beaded bags, jeans and of course jewellery. I never truly love pearls because It feels so dated to me.
