This month I received 2 sheet masks from cruelty-free Korean beauty brand The Crème Shop. The first mask is the Charcoal & Almond Fusion Sheet Mask and the other is the Rose Water & Violet Oil Fusion Mask. My initial reaction was one of both gratitude and giddiness because I love testing out beauty products and exploring a variety of brands.
Since I have never heard of The Crème Shop before, I felt it was wise to do some research on their official website prior to actually using the masks. I was pleasantly surprised with what I discovered.
The Créme Shop originated as a manufacturing plant in South Korea 45 years ago, but opened headquarters in California in 1988. Not only are their products 100% cruelty free, but they offer a wide range of products like makeup and eyelashes in addition to skincare.
According to The Créme Shop, their fusion sheet masks are “designed to deliver the benefits of two masks with just one application”. The fusion masks are also rich in hyarulonic acid, a moisturizing compound that keeps skin youthful and dewy.
Charcoal & Almond Fusion Sheet Mask
The Charcoal & Almond Fusion Sheet Mask is $3 and combines the properties of Charcoal and Almond Oil. Charcoal eliminates toxins from the skin, helping prevent any future breakouts. The Almond Oil contains Vitamin A, B, and E to balance the complexion and leave skin silky-soft.
Rose Water & Violet Oil Fusion Sheet Mask
The Rose Water & Violet Oil Fusion Mask is also $3 and blends the most beautiful flowers together – roses and violets. Rose Water is a soothing, anti-inflammatory that reduces skin redness. Violet Oil replenishes dry skin, smoothing out any rough textures.
If you’re looking for cruelty-free Korean beauty, The Crème Shop fusion sheet masks are definitely worth a try. For $3 a piece, your face and bank account will thank you. Check out our other beauty posts on AlleyGirl here.
